This October, come and learn how to make a classic bread basket, with Yeoman basket maker Ellie Morgan of WoodWoolWillow. This basket is perfect for beginners or improvers wanting to hone their basket making skills.
 
In this one day workshop you will learn how to make a simple bread basket with a range of willow. We'll start with a base, then add stakes and a side weave and finish with a classic laid border. If there's time, you’ll also have the opportunity to add a handle to your basket. You'll learn lots of traditional basketmaking techniques in this relaxed and friendly workshop.
 
All materials and tools will be provided. Tea, coffee and a delicious homemade lunch is also included in the price. Please let us know about any dietary requirements in the box above.
