OUR ROOMS
We have 3 double bedrooms: a ground floor superking double with its own terrace, and 2 first floor rooms, a twin and a superking double both having use of a secluded side garden with seating, lawn and flowerbeds.
All guests have use of the large double height sitting room which has 3 south facing windows overlooking the courtyard garden, a huge comfy sofa, armchairs and a club fender around the wood-burner, which is always lit in the winter months. Breakfast is served at the communal table in this room and tea and homemade cake or biscuits are available daily from 5pm to welcome you on arrival, or on your return from a day out.
THE PINK ROOM
The Pink Room is a delightful twin room on the first floor, with views over the garden, river and orchard. While not en-suite it has a private shower room two steps away on the landing and guests have use of the garden to the side of the house, and the large guest sitting room.

THE RABBIT ROOM
The Rabbit Room is a charming room on the first floor, with a superking double bed, and overlooks the mini orchard in the courtyard. This room has an en-suite shower room, and guests have use of an outside sitting area to the side of the house, and the large guest sitting room.
