This new venture is our wish to make the most of everything our flock of 70 sheep provide us with on Gutchpool Farm.
Each year we get a clip of beautiful wool from both our Dorset Down and Shetland breeds and we are now delighted to offer knitting wool in both its natural colours as well as 8 beautiful colours.
We have put together knitting kits including a beanie, a handwarmer and a child’s Gansey in four sizes. Each kit contains everything you need to make your garment and you choose the colour you would like to make it in.
For those who don’t wish to knit, our woven throws and sheepskins are also available, and soon we will have a few finished hand-knitted garments available.
We are thrilled to be certified by Pasture for Life ensuring the highest welfare of our lovely flock.
